Federal Regulation Tracking

This group helps NECF member companies improve how they track and manage federal regulatory requirements. It’s divided into three subgroups:

     • Process Group: Created a standard procedure for identifying and responding to new regulations.

     • Technology Group: Evaluated software and subscription tools to automate tracking.

     • Regulations Group: Compiled a shared list of federal electric and gas regulations for ongoing use.

The group meets regularly to share tools, insights, and maintain a current regulatory resource for NECF members.
